2.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your own account at any time through our support team. Before the account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance, provided that balance meets the eligibility criteria for withdrawal.

Deposit and Withdrawal Terms

3.1 Deposit Rules

The supported payment methods for depositing funds at eg334 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (the same across all methods). Deposits are only accepted from a payment account registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts will be rejected.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

eg334's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate varies by tier: up to 0.4% at Bronze, up to 0.8% at Silver, up to 1.1% at Gold, and up to 1.5% at Platinum.

Progress through VIP tiers depends on consistent activity and participation on the platform. The timing and conditions for cashback payments are determined at eg334's own discretion.

Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

5.1 Permitted Use
